Sargent Shriver PBS Video)

Howard Gesbeck is nationally recognized for his comprehensive work
with Community Action Programs, other grant-funded programs, and particularly
for his expertise with Federal regulations and OMB Circulars. At this
training, Howard Gesbeck will provide you with an in-depth review
of OMB Circulars relating to financial management and administration,
and practical ways to apply the most current information to your program
operations. Topics include:

• Cost Allocation

need assistance bringing a concept into reality? Are you a CED pro
but need a different perspective? The Community Economic Development
Initiative (CED) will be hosting one-on-one sessions at the Annual
Convention with Community Economic Development experts at no cost
to you!
Bring your business plans, creative ideas, new market tax credit questions,
innovative funding, and more. If you are interested, come prepared
with your specific project questions to talk to the consultants at
the Annual Convention in Boston. Each session will be one hour in
length and you may sign up for available times at the registration
desk when you arrive in Boston on a first-come, first-served basis.
Remember this is free—we want to help you with your CED projects!
